While the TAVO is a great choice for parents looking to save money, it's not the best choice for those who want to utilize a bassinet, or an reversible seat. It can only face one way and isn't able to accommodate a car seat or other accessories like the bassinet stand, cup holder, rain cover or a child's snack tray. For those who want something more, the MIXX Next is a better option because it can accommodate all of these items.

It's a little more expensive than other two-in-one prams but it's well worth the cost as the quality and function of this model are top-of-the-line.

In contrast to top-scoring strollers the Roo+ doesn't have a self-standing fold or cup holders. It's a small cost to pay for the car seat compatibility and storage however, we'd prefer to have a stroller that has more flexibility. The flexibility of its seating configuration is a plus, though, as it lets parents put their children's infant car seats facing opposite directions or in the same direction to better meet their needs.

5. Delta Children LX Side by Side

The Delta Children LX Side by Side earned an outstanding score for both weight and folded size, making it the best value in our double umbrella stroller review. It also scores highly for its maneuverability, which is a key feature for parents seeking a travel stroller that will fit into small spaces. The Delta is a basic product and does not have the features other strollers we tested offer, such as a large storage basket or a wide recline. But it is an excellent choice for families with a limited budget and those who require an additional stroller for occasional use, like an outing to the zoo.

The LX Side-by-Side is a lightweight and compact stroller. It is simple to turn and push. Its relatively short frame with swivel front wheels, swivel rear wheels and cushioned shoulder pads offer an easy ride for your little ones. It's comfortable for passengers with a multi-position reclining seat and parent cup holder.

It also comes with a large European-style canopy which provides shade from the sun and some protection from light winds. It also comes with two storage bags and five-point safety harnesses and two storage bags.

The Delta took less than three minutes to assemble, the quickest time in our test group. The manual is standard, and it does not require any tools for assembly. It is among the lighter products in our test group and folds flat, making it easy to carry and lift.
