It's a great option for those who have a variety of flooring in your home and aren't looking to spend the extra money on the Roborock with advanced mapping features.

7. Q5 Pro

This robot is a great option if you are looking for a robot that can do both regular daily maintenance and touch-ups to wet messes. It offers a broad range of features including self-emptying dustbins as well as the water refill dock, as well as customizable settings in the app. It's surprisingly quiet and is able to easily move around furniture legs or socks. It has a decent amount of suction power, and it is able to take a photo of any object it picks up (i.e., chew toys, socks, etc.)) and mark them as 'not found in the app, so that they don't get picked up during future cleanings. Its photos are encrypted and aren't connected to your account.

It does a great job of vaccuming but isn't as effective at mopping. It uses disposable wet wipes that are clipped onto the bottom of the bot, and it essentially drags them around your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal which have water reservoirs and will automatically wash and attach their mopheads.
